SAMREF ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS) – POLICY
STATEMENT
Everyone who works at SAMREF, employees and contractors, has
a responsibility to protect the environment, health and
safety of all personnel in the workplace.
At SAMREF, Management is committed to ensure that EHS
approved Policies & Procedures are strictly adhered to by;
holding monthly review of the EHS Program through the
Management Environmental, Health and Safety Committee (MEHSC),
chairing a quarterly EHS Audit, participating in field
inspection / surveys, establishing a Contractor Safety
Committee (CSC) to regularly review all Contractor
requirements and holding Supervisors and above accountable
for the EHS Program. In addition, SAMREF is firmly committed
to the basic obligation to comply with Kingdom EHS Laws and
regulations.
SAMREF Management will continue to provide the necessary and
adequately trained resources to maintain a high EHS standard
in the Company. In particular regarding designing, operating
and maintaining units for flawless operations as well as
prompt response in emergency situations. Our commitment to
the EHS Program is an integral part of our business.
