Purpose of Work:
To act in an advisory capacity to the Electrical and Instruments Engineering/Projects Unit, with advanced level of expertise in the area of Electrical, Instruments Engineering and Projects Coordination & Management. Work entails specific specialized knowledge and skills in engineering and implementing additions and modifications to Refinery Instrument/Control and Electrical/Power systems, as well as providing technical guidance on instrumentation, control, and electrical matters to Refinery Business Teams and various Departments.

Regular Assigned Duty:
|
|
Education:
BS in Electrical, Electronic or Control System Engineering.
|
|
Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of micro processor based distributed control systems, Refinery/Petrochemical Instrumentation, Power Distribution System, motor control equipment. Experience with hazardous area classifications would be advantageous. Practical experience with Oil Refinery/Petrochemicals Plants, with full competencies in Design Engineering, Cost Estimating, Project Scheduling, Construction Supervision, and Project Management.
