Purpose of Work:
Provide the Operations Manager with advice in marine related matters in order to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of SAMREF’s terminal facilities. Supervise the preparation of shipping documentation, coordinate activities between Refinery and ships, Port Authority, Marine Department and shipping agencies.

Regular Assigned Duty:

Education:
Degree or equivalent (foreign-going master’s license)
|
|
Specialized Knowledge:
International Regulations in all aspects of tanker operations. Knowledge of marine terminal operations
|
|
Experience Required:
10 years as serving officer in oil tankers including time as Chief Officer and Master.
